I came up with an idea today. I am looking for a new helmet, not that my old one is broken or anything, I just want a new one and I came up with the idea of letting you pick it. This might not sound that exciting but whichever one you choose I will review. This will mean that if you are looking at the same one as I am then you can get a specialised review if it has the most picks.

Criteria:

The helmet has to fit a certain criteria. I will be using the helmet daily both for commuting and on weekend blasts. I have three in mind and I would prefer it if you chose from them. However if there is one that you think would fit the bill better then tick “other” and write it in the comment below or email me form the contact page. I have also added pictures and a brief description of the ones I have chosen. May the best choice win!

Viper RS-V121:

I would be getting this in black although i couldn’t find a good picture. This one definitely has the best features which include an internal sun visor, bluetooth 2 speaker headset and a flip-up front. Idealy this one would be best for commuting. It is priced at around £149 ($270).

Shark S500 Samurai:

The advantage here is that it is a Shark, a very well respected brand andproven brand. It also looks the best but is not designed with commuting in mind. More of a weekend helmet. Priced at around £140 ($260).

KBC VR2R Lady Killer/Spark:

A very nice looking helmet (both of them) and KBC is my current brand. I can vouch for their protection, looks and comfort. One of the comfiest helmets i ever tried. Once again, more of a race style helmet though. Priced at around £190 ($360).
